Our Team

Adam Hess is an Executive Producer and General Manager working across the theatrical industry, from non-profit theaters to Broadway productions. He is the co-founder, along with Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning producer Daryl Roth, of DR Theatrical Management. DRTM provides general management services to commercial productions in New York and their touring interests, as well as not-for-profit collaborations and venue management services. Select credits include Broadway (Left on Tenth, The Kite Runner, Indecent); Off-Broadway (What We Did Before Our Moth Days, 44, Fleabag, Buyer & Cellar, Love, Loss and What I Wore, In & of Itself, and nine years general managing The Vineyard Theatre); and immersive productions (Traces, Fuerza Bruta). Hailing from Toronto, Adam has a diverse theatrical background that includes being an original cast member of the Harold Prince/Susan Stroman production of Show Boat, the European tour of Crazy for You (u/s Bobby Childs), and a voyage around the world singing and dancing aboard Holland America's ship The Rotterdam. Mr. Hess holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from the University of Michigan and an M.F.A. in Theatre Management and Producing from Columbia University. He is President Emeritus of New York's Off-Broadway League and an adjunct professor at Columbia University.

Abigail Jones (Producing Associate) is a dedicated professional with a passion for cross-cultural engagement fostered through language and the arts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and French, complemented by a graduate certificate in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language. Abigail began her career teaching English in Vietnam and France, before transitioning into the performing arts where she served in guest relations at Radio City Music Hall. Since 2021, Abigail has held the position of Logistics Manager at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, where she has supported major events and special projects, including the 77th Tony Awards and the renovation of David Geffen Hall. While pursuing her MFA in Theatre Management and Producing at Columbia University, she has further expanded her expertise through internships in Labor Relations at Lincoln Center, General Management at Vineyard Theatre, and Booking and Operations at Broadway & Beyond Theatricals. Abigail’s diverse background in education, international experience, and arts management underscores her commitment to fostering meaningful connections within the performing arts community.
